Ken Arnold has been in the medical delivery business since 1980 where he began as a courier with a local,
medium-market diagnostic laboratory. When that laboratory was bought out by SmithKline Beecham Clinical Labs (now
known as Quest Diagnostics), Ken was promoted to a driver-trainer where he received extensive training in their
Philadelphia corporate offices.

Together with his wife Linda who had specialized in Healthcare Administration, in 1995 they opened their first
medical-specialty courier service and since then have owned two successful medical specialty courier services in both
the Minneapolis-St Paul and Colorado markets. Linda also worked as General Manager for a mid-sized Denver-based
courier service where she managed 150+ employees in 4 offices that covered 3 states from 1997-2004.

Because of Ken's
experience, training and knowledge, he has been honored to be a speaker at Key Software's
2014 User's Conference,
MCAA's Last Mile Delivery in 2010, Courier Magazine's "Special Delivery" 2006
Courier Conference
, has been featured in various professional media interviews and has been published several times
in Courier and Medical magazines and journals.
